Personally involved with every employee, project, and client, Chad oversees each project from the earliest planning conversations through completion. His focus on thoughtful preparation, clear communication, and assembling the right team creates an experience that feels organized, collaborative, and rewarding long before construction begins.
A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Chad combines business leadership with a deep appreciation for the people behind every project. He credits Lencioni's long-standing success to its people—longtime employees, trusted trade partners, and lasting client relationships built on doing things the right way.
Outside of work, Chad enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, mountain biking, riding motocross, snowboarding, hiking, and off-roading.
Behind every well-run project at Lencioni Construction is a financial structure built to support it — that's Geza's focus as Chief Financial Officer. He joined the company in 2015 and now oversees accounting, financial management, and risk management, along with the systems that carry projects from contract through closeout.
Geza's path into construction finance began in 1994, giving him over three decades of industry experience to draw on. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Computer Information Systems and an MBA concentrated in Accounting, both from Cal State Hayward — a combination that shapes how he partners with leadership and project teams to keep decisions grounded in solid financial footing.
Colleagues describe him as collaborative, principled, and always looking for a better way to do things. For Geza, that continuous-improvement mindset isn't separate from the numbers — it's what makes Lencioni's long-term success possible.
At home, Geza, his wife Suki, and their sons Lazo and Tasi are happiest outdoors — boating, camping, and finding any excuse to spend time in nature together.
Scott Allen believes the strongest projects are built on thoughtful planning, clear communication, and trusted partnerships. Since joining Lencioni Construction in 2013, he has served as a Project Executive, leading business development efforts alongside Chad Lencioni while overseeing preconstruction planning and helping guide projects from the earliest conversations through successful completion.
Working closely with homeowners, architects, consultants, and project teams, Scott helps establish a clear path forward long before construction begins. His background combines hands-on field experience, ownership of his own construction company, and more than 15 years of managing luxury residential projects throughout the Peninsula. A graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Construction Management and a minor in Real Estate Development, Scott brings both practical insight and strategic leadership to every project.
Known for his collaborative approach, attention to detail, and ability to see the bigger picture, Scott helps create a building experience that is organized, transparent, and rewarding for everyone involved. Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, restoring his 1930s English Tudor home, working on cars, traveling, and supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley.
Brianna Carroll joined Lencioni Construction in 2025 and enjoys the company's collaborative, family-oriented culture and the opportunity to work on distinctive custom homes. She brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to every project, along with a genuine ability to build strong relationships across the project team.
Working in the construction industry since 2018, Brianna's experience is rooted in a family legacy of construction and strengthened by hands-on field experience. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science, providing a unique perspective on problem-solving, organization, and complex project coordination. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Brianna helps foster clear communication among clients, consultants, trade partners, and project teams. Sincere, analytical, and driven, her greatest strengths lie in the ability to listen, understand different perspectives, and help keep projects moving forward.

Janette Mae Gonzales believes successful projects are built through organization, communication, and attention to detail. Since joining Lencioni Construction in 2020, she has helped coordinate custom homes throughout every stage of construction, working closely with homeowners, consultants, and project teams to keep projects moving forward with clarity and confidence.
A graduate of UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Janette combines technical knowledge with a thoughtful, collaborative approach to project management. Known for being detail-oriented, genuine, and approachable, she enjoys helping transform complex projects into a seamless experience for clients and the project team alike.

Sandra Lavezzo brings a calm, steady presence to every project. Since joining Lencioni Construction in 2018, she has served as a Project Manager, guiding custom residential projects from early planning through completion. Working closely with homeowners, architects, consultants, and field teams, she helps align design intent, budgets, schedules, and execution to keep every project moving forward with clarity and confidence.
Having entered the construction industry in 2014, Sandra is known for remaining composed under pressure and finding thoughtful solutions when projects become complex. She views every home as a deeply personal investment, helping clients balance vision, priorities, and budgets while ensuring each decision supports the project as a whole. She enjoys the ever-changing nature of luxury residential construction and values the collaborative culture at Lencioni, where she says the team feels like home.
Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family at their cabin in Truckee, where she appreciates the mountains, live music, and the outdoors. She also supports community initiatives through Rebuilding Together Peninsula and Lencioni's partnership with the Boys & Girls Club.
Cynthia Oatman thrives on bringing order to complex projects. Since joining Lencioni Construction in 2017, she has served as a Project Manager overseeing custom residential projects from early planning through completion. Working closely with homeowners, architects, consultants and trade partners, she helps manage budgets, schedules, communication and the countless details that keep projects moving forward with confidence.
Having worked in the construction industry since high school, Cynthia brings decades of experiences across a wide range of roles including accounting, project coordination, service management and project management. She recognizes relationship building is equally as important as the construction skills and values the collaboration, trust and communication that is inherent in the job. Known for being dedicated and driven, she brings the same work ethic to the jobsite every single day, rain or shine. Her experience includes managing Lencioni’s largest completed residential project to date.
When not at work, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her son and labrador retriever. Her weekends are a mix of long walks, trips to the beach and hosting BBQs for family and friends. She has a passion for gardening and landscape design and can often be found outdoors working to create the perfect backyard escape.
Jason Schmidt brings a unique perspective that bridges architecture and construction. As a Project Manager at Lencioni Construction, he helps guide high-end custom residential projects from early planning through construction, bringing a collaborative approach focused on clear communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and preserving the integrity of the design throughout the building process.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and spent more than a decade designing custom residences throughout the San Francisco Bay Area before transitioning into construction management. His experience includes homes ranging from 3,000 to 16,000 square feet, with construction values from approximately $5 million to more than $30 million.
Having worked closely with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors, Jason understands how projects are envisioned, documented, and ultimately built. His architectural background enables him to anticipate challenges early, facilitate communication between design and construction teams, and help deliver projects with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Jason is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and an Eagle Scout, reflecting his long-standing commitment to leadership, service, and craftsmanship. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, woodworking, cooking, and design.
Michelle Verni-Martinez enjoys bringing clarity and organization to complex projects. Since joining Lencioni Construction in 2022, she has guided custom homes from early planning through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, and communication while helping clients feel informed and confident throughout the building process.
Working in luxury residential construction since 2013, Michelle has managed projects ranging from $500,000 renovations to $63 million custom estates throughout the Peninsula and Carmel. Her experience includes architecturally significant homes, including Sunset Idea Homes and AIA California Residential Architectural Award projects. Most recently, she and her team successfully delivered one of Lencioni's largest custom estates to date.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, boating, discovering new restaurants, listening to live music, and cheering from the sidelines at her children's sporting events.
Mark Crawford brings decades of experience building high-end custom homes throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Since joining Lencioni Construction in 2016, he has overseen field operations from groundbreaking through completion, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality standards, and helping projects move forward with thoughtful planning and practical problem-solving.
Working in residential construction since 1988, Mark is known for his reliability, creativity, and skilled approach to managing complex jobsites. His responsibilities include site management, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, and resolving challenges as they arise, helping ensure every home reflects the plans and expectations established from the beginning.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, cooking, listening to live music, and exploring San Francisco.
Andy Decker joined Lencioni Construction in 1999 and serves as a Superintendent, overseeing custom residential projects from construction through completion. He works closely with homeowners, architects, consultants, and trade partners to coordinate daily site operations and guide projects with a steady, hands-on approach.
With a construction career that began in 1993, Andy brings more than three decades of experience in custom homebuilding. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Chico, and is known for his practical problem-solving skills, strong work ethic, and direct communication style. He enjoys the challenges of custom residential construction and takes pride in helping bring each unique home to life.

Joe Domier has spent a lifetime building homes and believes every project is an opportunity to create something meaningful for the families who will live there. Since joining Lencioni Construction in 2004, he has served as a Superintendent, overseeing custom residential projects from groundbreaking through completion while working closely with homeowners, architects, consultants, trade partners, and project teams.
Working in construction since 1977, Joe learned the trade alongside his father, developing the work ethic, carpentry skills, and attention to detail that continue to define his approach today. Throughout his career, he has led the construction of some of Lencioni's most complex custom homes, always striving to create an exceptional experience for everyone involved. Even after decades in the industry, he continues to embrace new technology and enjoys learning something new with every project.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys fly fishing, spending time outdoors with family and friends, and making memories with his grandchildren. He also supports Scouting programs and local animal rescue organizations through foster care efforts.
Max Kogan brings both an architectural background and decades of field experience to luxury residential construction. Since joining Lencioni Construction in 2004, he has helped lead the construction of award-winning custom homes, applying creativity and practical problem-solving to every stage of the building process.
Working in construction in the United States since 1994, Max earned a degree in Architecture from the Kharkiv College of Civil Engineering in Ukraine. His experience includes delivering architecturally significant custom homes while overseeing daily field operations with a focus on precision, quality, and execution. He enjoys the creative challenges that come with building highly customized residences and values the collaborative, family-oriented culture at Lencioni.
Outside of work, Max enjoys snowboarding and wakeboarding.
Jeffery Pauley is known for his methodical approach and ability to bring calm, steady leadership to even the most complex projects. Since joining Lencioni Construction in 2003, he has overseen the construction of highly detailed custom homes, guiding projects from groundbreaking through completion with a focus on communication, organization, and exceptional execution.
Working in residential construction since 1999, Jeff began his career as a finish carpenter before advancing through foreman and superintendent roles. A graduate of California State University, Chico with a Bachelor of Social Work degree, he credits his experience as a collegiate student-athlete with teaching him how to stay composed under pressure—an approach clients often recognize throughout the construction process. Known for being methodical, meticulous, and consistent, Jeff understands that successful projects depend as much on clear communication and collaboration as they do on quality construction.

Richard Popejoy has dedicated his construction career to luxury custom homes throughout the Peninsula. Since joining Lencioni Construction in 2014, he has overseen the construction of custom residences, helping guide projects with the experience, homeowner advocacy, and steady leadership that come from decades in the field.
After an early career in the fashion industry, Richard transitioned into residential construction in 1997. His experience includes leading custom homes valued between $10 million and $30 million throughout Atherton, Woodside, Portola Valley, and Los Altos Hills. Before becoming a Superintendent, he led a finish carpentry team on a notable $200+ million estate in Woodside and was recognized with the 1998 San Francisco Garden Show Edifice Award.
Experienced, successful, and practical in his approach, Richard values the collaborative environment at Lencioni and the opportunity to build exceptional homes alongside a talented team.

Blaine Prescott brings decades of construction experience and a steady, professional presence to every project. Since joining Lencioni Construction in 2024, he has helped oversee daily field operations with a focus on clear communication, timely progress, and maintaining the high standards expected of every Lencioni home.
Extremely knowledgeable across all construction trades, Blaine is confident and composed in his interactions with clients, project architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners. Clients know him as a professional, courteous, and trustworthy communicator, while his commitment to quality and timely project completion helps keep projects moving forward with confidence.

Tony Victorino has spent his career building custom homes from the ground up. Since joining Lencioni Construction in 2001, he has played an important role in delivering many of the company's most notable projects, first as Framing Foreman and now as Superintendent.
Working in construction since 1997, Tony spent more than 20 years specializing in the layout and framing of high-end custom homes before transitioning into project leadership. That hands-on experience provides a strong foundation for coordinating construction, supporting trade partners, and maintaining the quality standards that define every Lencioni project. He values teamwork, mutual respect, and creating a positive atmosphere on every jobsite.

Oscar earned his California General Contractor's License, reflecting his knowledge of building standards, regulations, and project management. Rodney Rego joined Lencioni Construction in 2022 and brings decades of experience in high-end residential construction to every project. He enjoys the meticulous and unique nature of custom homebuilding and values working alongside highly skilled professionals to deliver outstanding homes.
Rodney began his construction career in 1987 before proudly serving in the U.S. Army from 1992 to 1996. Following his military service, he earned a bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Lowell before returning to the construction industry. He later held a Massachusetts General Contractor's License from 2003 to 2012 before relocating to California. The discipline, leadership, and experience gained throughout his military service and construction career allow him to oversee daily onsite operations with precision, maintaining the high level of coordination, quality, and craftsmanship required on luxury custom homes. His greatest value lies in his skill and understanding of the processes behind the "glow and wow factor" that defines a beautifully finished home. Reliable, skillful, and a person of integrity, Rodney takes pride in helping transform complex plans into remarkable residences through careful execution and thoughtful coordination.

Working in the construction industry since 1999, Travis grew up in a construction family and has been around the trades since he was big enough to use a wrench and swing a hammer. That early foundation shaped a practical, hands-on approach that continues to guide his work today. As a Foreman, he works closely with project teams, subcontractors, designers, and clients throughout the construction process, helping ensure every project is completed with professionalism and attention to detail. Persistent, calm, and mindful, Travis takes pride in supporting projects through steady communication and reliable field leadership.

Introduced to the construction industry by her mother, Mikayla developed an early appreciation for project organization, client relationships, and the importance of delivering a positive customer experience. Mikayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from San Francisco State University, strengthening the communication and organizational skills she brings to her work each day. As Estate Care Coordinator, Mikayla oversees scheduling, client communication, subcontractor coordination, project documentation, invoicing, and maintenance planning for Lencioni's Estate Care Department. She is committed to providing responsive service and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout every stage of a project.

Working in the construction industry since 1996, Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts from Santa Clara University and brings decades of operational and administrative experience to the company. As Office Manager, she oversees Lencioni's subcontractor compliance platform, helping ensure insurance requirements remain current to protect employees, jobsites, and clients. She also supports accounting, payroll, subcontract administration, safety coordination, and internal operations while continually improving processes that help the company work more efficiently. She brings more than two decades of experience in office management and sales, providing a strong foundation for supporting the day-to-day operations that help projects run smoothly.
As part of Lencioni's Accounting and Field Support team, Susie manages billing, expense tracking, job cost reporting, material coordination, and administrative support for field operations. Her approachable, dependable, and proactive nature helps create consistency across the team while ensuring important details are handled accurately and efficiently. Although her role is primarily behind the scenes, her organization and reliability contribute to the smooth execution of every project and support the collaborative culture that defines Lencioni Construction.
